• SC requires that ANYONE who plans to receive a body piercing must have a legal, current government photo ID, such as a drivers license or passport, with them every time. If you have a military ID, we will ask that you bring a second form of identification. Photocopying any U.S. government identification is a violation of Title 18, US Code Part I, Chapter 33, Section 701.

• We do not pierce anyone under the age of 5.

• We still need a photo ID per Department of Public Health regulations for anyone.

• You can get an ID for your child at your local DMV. Please call your local DMV for more information regarding getting your child an ID. We also accept a BackPack/Parent Portal photo ID for ages 5-14 only with a birth certificate. We can also accept a current school PHOTO ID paired with a long form birth certificate. NO, we can not take a social security card. 

• If you do not have proper identification with you at the time of your appointment you will lose your deposit. This mistake takes away the opportunity for our staff and business to make a living, and takes away from the possibility of another client being able to book with us. 

• Anyone under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian with them who must also have proper ID's. Parents, you must have same last name and/or addresses (or other court/register papers showing changes in last name) as your child. If you are a legal guardian you must have proper court documentation.

•  Failure to bring a legal photo ID will result in loss of deposit.

• We will ask that you refrain from talking on your phone while at the counter or in the piercing room.

• Please ask your piercer before placing any of your personal belongings down in the piercing room. We have areas designated specifically for your things. 

• Please ask your piercer before you take any pictures. Sorry, but videos are not allowed at any moment. 

• Please, no children in the studio unless you are planning to inquire about getting their ears pierced. (See age requirements above)

• We have a lot of different clientele in the studio at all times, please be respectful. 

• If you have special requirements, prefer us to use specific pronouns, have any medical conditions etc, please let us know.  We do our best to accommodate everyone.

• Appointments are required for all piercing procedures. With our enormous selection of jewelry, we want to make sure your experience is as special as you are! 

• Deposits are required before any appointments will be confirmed. This ensures your selected time slot will be available and your artist has plenty of time to cater to your needs.

• Please note wait times are NOT guaranteed, and appointments may take longer than scheduled. Plan accordingly, we do not want anyone (including ourselves) to feel rushed during our appointments. 

• We have a 10 minute late arrival grace period only. Any arrivals after this grace period will result in loss of deposit. 

• NO CALL NO SHOWS results in immediate loss of deposit. 

• We are only accepting walk-ins for piercings on Wednesdays or at our Powdersville/Piedmont location. We also take appointments on this day. This is one of our busiest days, so please be patient. We appreciate your understanding. 

• We suggest eating something within 4 hours of your appointment time so you have plenty of energy to get you through your appointment. 

• For liability reasons, no one under the age of 13 is allowed in the studio without an appointment. Please make sure you have an adult to watch your little ones if you are receiving a service as we will not be able to help anyone who brings their children in without an adult to watch them.

• Minors are not allowed in the piercing room unless they are getting pierced or there is another adult to accompany them in the procedure room. This is for everyone's safety.

• Please keep in mind that while booking your piercer, our schedules can change. So while we will try to accommodate your preferred piercer, it is not always guaranteed. Please call in advanced before making your appointment to confirm piercer on duty for the day you request if you have a preference.

• We ask that you do not touch your piercings at any time while in the studio. This spreads germs. 

• Please do not try to change or remove your jewelry in the bathroom or the studio, that's what we are here for! If you need assistance, ask one of the piercers on staff.

• If you are bringing in worn jewelry, please have it in a bag or ask us and we will give you one. 

• There are hand sanitizing stations around the studio also, feel free to use them.

• Everyone heals differently, so please do not poke or mess with your piercing in the studio whether its years old or not.

• We do not mean to be impolite or harsh when asking you this, it is for everyone's safety and proper mannerism.
